CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 15% fee per pet applies.
*In the event of a no-show, an additional charge of 20% of the service fee per pet will be applied.

Mobile dog grooming brings the salon directly to your doorstep! Our fully equipped van arrives at your scheduled time, providing professional grooming services in a comfortable, stress-free environment for your dog.

The duration varies based on your dog’s size, coat type, and the services requested. On average, a session lasts between 1 to 2 hours.

Our standard package includes a bath with high-quality shampoo, haircut or trim (if needed), nail trimming, ear cleaning, and a final brush-out. We also offer add-ons like de-shedding treatments and teeth cleaning

We also provide hypoallergenic products for dogs with sensitive skin.

For the initial visit, we prefer you to be present to meet our groomer and discuss your dog’s specific needs. For subsequent appointments, you can choose to be present or have us groom your dog while you’re away.

Ensure your dog has had a bathroom break before the appointment and that there’s a clear parking space for our van. If your dog is particularly anxious, a short walk beforehand can help them relax.

Pricing varies based on your dog’s size, coat type, and the services requested. On average, mobile grooming services range from $60 to $150. We also offer discounts for multiple dogs or regular appointments.

Yes! We groom all dog breeds and sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to large Golden Retrievers and beyond. We also accommodate pets with special needs—just let us know in advance.

We use premium, pet-safe, and hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners. If your pet has specific skin conditions or allergies, let us know and we can use or recommend suitable products.

We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially for weekend appointments. However, we’ll do our best to fit you in sooner if we have availability.
